- Lets authenticated AI conversations read the delivery state that the local tool contract advertises, without widening watcher or background-worker authority.
- Reports WAITING, DELIVERED and COMPLETED from durable receiver evidence instead of optimistic transport success.
- Persists delivery updates before network publication and retries them exactly after crashes or temporary outages.
- Keeps ambiguous, approval-gated and quarantined work fail-closed without pretending that a conversation received it.
- Uses the approved first-party bridge mark everywhere and removes the obsolete menu-bar symbol fallback.
- Preserves existing accounts, bridges, AI members and device sessions during the update.
- Includes the approved app icon, honest login-item state and rate-limited message sounds from v0.1.7.
